Prenatal
During our prenatal visits, I will hold space for you to share your hopes, desires, even fears about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. We will review birth preferences, discuss comfort techniques, and coping strategies for managing the discomforts of labor, and much more. These visits allow us to get to know each other to provide the best labor and birth experience because every birth truly is different. Prenatal visits are also useful for partner education so that they can be involved in the labor and birthing process with you.​
The goal for prenatal visits is to prepare you mentally and physically for birth.
*Additional prenatal visits can be arranged at an hourly rate.*

I will offer continuous labor and birth support by providing you with comfort techniques including but not limited to physical and emotional support, informational support, visualization techniques, and coaching to help you cope with labor discomfort. I can offer support in home or at your birthing location.

*I am unable to provide any birth doula services to families that are planning a freebirth/unassisted birth.*
Labor & Birth
Postpartum
Postpartum services include newborn care guidance, meal preparation, emotional and physical support to aid in your healing and recovery, basic lactation support + infant feeding, referrals for community resources, and we can also use this time to revisit your birth story. *Additional postpartum visits can be scheduled at my hourly rate.*

If I did not support you during birth, postpartum services are still an option for you.

Extra Prenatal Visits: $40/hr
Additional Labor Support: $50/hr
Daytime Postpartum Support: $40/hr (4 hour shifts)
Nesting/Nursery Preparation: $35/hr
